职位描述
【岗位职责Key Responsibilities】
1.[培训体系开发]
设计T2品牌专属的门店茶艺培训体系(含茶叶知识、冲泡技巧、客户体验标准)Develop T2-branded store training programs (tea knowledge, brewing techniques, CX standards)
2.[培训执行]
为新店开业提供驻店培训,为现有门店安排季度复训
Conduct on-site training for new store launches & quarterly refresher courses
3.[考核评估]
制定门店员工茶艺认证考核标准,跟踪培训后业绩改善
Design tea certification exams & track post-training performance KPIs
4.[文化传播]
将T2的澳洲品牌文化转化为中国门店可落地的服务话术
Localize T2's Australian brand culture into executable service guidelines
【任职要求 Qualifications】
1.[硬性条件 Must-have]
5年以上茶饮/零售行业培训经验(有国际品牌经验优先)
5+ years in F&B/retail training (global brand exp. preferred)
精通中国茶/拼配茶知识,持有茶艺师资格证更佳
Expertise in Chinese/international teas (tea master certification a plus)
能适应50%出差频率(支持全国门店)
50% travel required (nationwide store support)
