职位描述
岗位职责:
1、According to the company's strategic development plan, analyse the actual Human Resources situation and make suggestions on the Human Resources strategic development plan.
根据公司战略发展规划,分析当前人力资源状况,对人力资源战略发展规划提出建议。
2、Organize research, communicate, and understand the needs of various departments for various types of Human Resources, and formulate annual Human Resource demand plans.
组织调研、沟通、了解各部门对各类人力资源的需求信息,制定年度人力资源需求计划。
3、Prepare and control the department's annual financial cost budget, cooperate with the company's target management, and ensure the achievement of human resource planning goals.
编制并控制部门年度财务成本预算,配合公司的目标管理,确保人力资源规划目标达成。
4、Combining the company's annual business objectives, prepare the department's annual work plan, reasonably decompose the monthly work plan, and submit the monthly work plan and summary to the department director on time.
结合公司年度经营目标,编制本部门年度工作计划,合理分解月度工作计划,并按时提交月度工作计划与总结至本部门总监。
5、To sort out the organization of the enterprise, to carry out post determination and staffing, position analysis and responsibility description, and to clarify the rights and responsibilities of each post and qualification requirements.
梳理企业组织机构,对岗位进行,定岗、定编,职位分析与职责描述,明确各岗位权责及任职资格要求。
6、According to national laws and local regulations, formulate, revise and improve human resources-related management systems and work procedures.
根据国家法律及地方规章,制定、修改、完善人力资源相关管理制度及工作流程。
7、Review the recruitment information release channels and content according to the human resources demand plan, and participate in the interview and selection of personnel for key positions, and provide evaluation suggestions for the selection.
根据人力资源需求计划审核招聘信息发布渠道及发布内容,并参与关键岗位的人员面试甄选,对甄选提出评估建议。
8、Assist trainers to conduct annual training needs surveys, formulate annual training plans, and supervise implementation.
协助培训人员进行年度培训需求调查,制定年度培训规划,并监督实施。
9、Coordinate the company's performance management, conduct diagnosis and problem research on the performance evaluation results of each department, organize and conduct performance interviews with problematic employees, and inform the department director of the interview results.
统筹公司绩效管理,对各部门绩效评估结果进行诊断与问题研究,组织开展问题员工绩效访谈,并将访谈结果告知部门总监。
10、Based on the results of job evaluation and performance appraisal, targeted compensation optimization and improvement suggestions are put forward for some positions.
通过岗位评估及绩效考核结果,有针对性的对部分岗位提出薪酬优化与改善建议。
11、Conduct salary level surveys on companies in the same industry and region on an annual basis and draft a report on the company's salary adjustment recommendations.
按年度对同行业、同地区企业进行薪酬水平调查,拟草公司薪资调整的建议报告。
12、Supervise the handling and approval of various procedures for personnel entry, departure, transfer, transfer, and withdrawal.
监督人事入、离、调、转、退等各类手续的办理及审批。
13、Establishing and coordinating labour relations, accepting employee complaints and labour disputes, communicating with employees well, understanding employees' situations, grasping employees' thoughts, and putting forward countermeasures and suggestions in a timely manner.
劳资关系的建立与协调,受理员工投诉及劳动争议,做好员工沟通,了解员工情况,掌握员工思想及时提出对策和建议。
14、Maintain good communication with the government’s HR and Social Security Bureau, talent intermediary structures, and talent training units in a timely manner to maintain good interpersonal relationships.
适时保持与政府劳动人事部门、人才中介结构、人才培养单位的沟通,维护良好人际关系。
15、Responsible for implementing the company's corporate culture recommendations and organizing related activities.
负责实施公司的企业文化建议,组织开展有关各项活动。
16、Responsible for the division of labour and arrangement of the department's work, instructing and cultivating subordinates, and mentoring subordinates in career planning.
负责本部门工作分工与安排,指导、培养下属,辅导下属职业生涯规划。

• Leading the company's employee visas, including employment permits for foreign employees, visa management, and visa processing for Chinese employees abroad.
主导公司员工签证,包括外籍员工就业证、签证管理,中国员工出国签证办理等。
• Coordinate and deal with emergencies and crises at the company level.
协助处理公司层面的突发事件、危机攻关。
• Other temporary work assigned by the leader.

任职要求:
Required / 必备
1、Bachelor degree or above in human resources, law, business administration and other related majors.
人力资源、法律、工商管理等相关专业本科以上学历。
2、4 - 5 years relevant working experience.
4-5年相关工作经验。
