1. Talent Development System Development 人才发展体系搭建与落地
1. 1 Build and optimize a full-cycle Talent Development system (onboarding, technical upskilling, leadership development) based on business needs;
根据公司战略及人才发展需求,搭建并优化全生命周期人才发展体系(新员工培训、专业技能提升、领导力发展等);
1.2 Manage annual training plans, coordinate internal/external resources, and ensure project execution;
统筹年度培训计划,协调内外部资源,推动培训项目高效执行;
1.3 Design learning paths for critical roles, develop customized courses, and evaluate training ROI.
设计关键岗位学习路径,开发定制化课程,评估培训效果并持续迭代。
2. Corporate Culture Promotion企业文化活动策划与执行
2.1 Plan and execute employee engagement activities (e.g., cultural campaigns, festivals, team-building) to reinforce company values;
结合公司价值观,策划并组织员工文化活动(如文化主题项目、节日庆典、团队建设等),提升员工凝聚力;
2.2 Promote culture dissemination (internal communications, employee stories, culture walls, Team Interaction Day) to enhance organizational climate;
推动文化传播(内部宣传、员工故事、文化墙、员工交流日等),塑造积极的组织氛围;
2.3 Establish employee feedback mechanisms (e.g., surveys, focus groups) to refine culture strategies.
搭建员工沟通反馈机制(座谈会、满意度调研),助力文化落地与持续优化。
3. Learning Technology & Innovation学习技术应用与创新
3.1 Explore digital learning tools (LMS, microlearning, AI avatars) to improve training accessibility; 探索数字化学习工具(在线学习平台LMS、微课、AI数字人等),提升培训覆盖率和学习效率;
3.2 Utilize new media production tools (e.g. Premiere/CapCut for video editing, Canva for design, PPT animations) to develop interactive courseware (including micro-lesson videos, infographic tutorials, H5 interactive pages, etc.)
熟练运用新媒体制作工具(如Premiere/CapCut视频剪辑、Canva设计、PPT动画等),开发多元化互动课件(包括微课视频、信息图教程、H5交互页面等)
3.3 Build internal trainer teams and course libraries to establish a knowledge management system; 推动内部讲师团队和课程资源库建设,构建企业知识管理体系;
3.4 Introduce innovative formats (gamification, action learning) to boost engagement. 引入创新学习形式(如游戏化学习、行动学习等),提升员工参与度。
4. 公共关系与外联事物 Public Relations & External Affairs
4.1 Plan and execute corporate culture communication initiatives, such as CSR reports, executive interviews, and brand storytelling, to enhance public image and social influence;
策划并执行企业文化传播内容(如企业社会责任报告、高管访谈、品牌故事),提升企业公众形象与社会影响力;
4.2 Collaborate with Branding & Marketing teams to produce multilingual promotional materials (videos, graphics, H5, etc.), ensuring cultural consistency across global operations;
联动品牌与市场部门,制作多语言宣传材料(视频、图文、H5等),确保企业文化在全球业务中的一致性;
4.3 Plan and execute high-level corporate visits (e.g., government inspections, client tours), delivering professional presentations and cultural showcases to strengthen brand perception;
筹备并执行高端商务接待(如政府考察、客户参访),提供专业讲解与企业文化展示,强化品牌认知;
4.4 Select and train business leaders as "Culture Ambassadors" to represent the company in external engagements, aligning cultural values with business practices;
选拔并培训业务骨干担任“文化大使”,参与对外接待与行业活动,促进企业文化与业务实践融合;
4.5 Develop incentive programs to recognize outstanding culture ambassadors, encouraging company-wide participation in brand-building initiatives.
建立文化传播激励机制,定期评选优秀案例,推动全员参与企业品牌建设。
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business Management, or related fields.
本科及以上学历,人力资源管理、心理学、企业管理等相关专业优先。
5+ years in training/culture roles, preferably in multinational organizations;
5年以上培训或企业文化相关经验,有集团化公司企业经验者优先;
1. Fluent English (for global collaboration);
流利的英语沟通能力(需支持跨国文化项目);
2. Proficiency in AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT), PPT, and data analysis (Excel/Power BI);
熟练使用AI工具(如ChatGPT、MidJourney)、PPT及数据分析工具(Excel/Power BI);
3. Basic design/video editing skills (Canva/CapCut) for training material creation.
具备基础设计及视频剪辑能力(如Canva/剪映),能自主制作培训宣传素材。
4. Proven experience in large-scale projects (e.g., culture transformation, leadership
programs);
独立操盘过大型项目(如文化升级、领导力发展项目、企业年会等);
5. Strong project management and stakeholder collaboration skills;
优秀的项目管理能力,能协调高层及业务部门推动项目落地;
6. Deep understanding of OD and employee experience, with data-driven mindset.
