Job Responsibilities:
1. Master the progress of the company's main work, responsible for formulating and implementing office work plans and internal management of the office;
2. Coordinate and manage the administrative and logistical services of the company;
3. Responsible for overall management of the company's archives and documents;
4. Responsible for organizing relevant meetings and supervising the implementation of meeting resolutions;
5. Responsible for establishing, revising, and supervising the implementation of various management rules and regulations of the company;
6. Responsible for the main goals and plans in the field of human resources, developing, participating in, or assisting upper level implementation of relevant policies and systems;
7. Responsible for the production and implementation of human resources system documents such as personnel establishment and job responsibilities in the company;
8. Responsible for managing employee recruitment, benefits, performance, and employee relations;
9. Responsible for the production of monthly salary;
10. Coordinate and manage the company's training work, supervise the implementation of training;
11. Responsible for handling employee social security and housing provident fund;
12. Complete other tasks assigned by the chairman.
Job requirements:
1. College degree or above, with over 5 years of experience as an administrative and human resources manager. Experience in real estate development companies is preferred;
2. Strong motivation, communication, coordination, team leadership skills, strong sense of responsibility and career ambition;
Can communicate in English.

岗位职责:
1、掌握公司主要工作的进展情况,负责制定、落实办公室工作计划和办公室内部的管理;
2、统筹管理公司行政后勤服务工作;
3、统筹负责公司的档案文书管理;
4、负责相关会议的组织,以及会议决议的督办事项;
5、负责公司各种管理规章制度的建立、修订及执行监督;
6、负责人力资源领域内主要目标和计划,制定、参与或协助上层执行相关的政策和制度;
7、负责公司人员编制、岗位职责等人力资源制度文件的制作与落实;
8、负责员工的聘用、福利、绩效、员工关系等管理工作;
9、负责每月工资的制作;
10、统筹管理公司培训工作,监督培训落实情况;
11、负责员工社保及公积金的办理;
12、完成董事长交办的其他事务。
任职要求:
1、大专以上学历,5年以上行政人事经理工作经验,有房地产开发公司经验优先;
2、很强的激励、沟通、协调、团队领导能力,责任心、事业心强;
能够用英语交流。
