Main Responsibilities:
To develop HR focus and key actions to support factory management team with
the implementation of factory business strategy.
To support factory management team to build up organization capability
including organization design, succession planning, talent management, and
competence management, with concrete implementation of IDP.
To work with departments to develop annual training plan and facilitate the
implementation, especially that of factory-level workshop and training program.
To work with departments to implement performance management to drive high
performance culture at factory.
To keep positive labor relationship, including company culture promotion,
engagement survey, employee communication, disciplinary cases handling, and
recognition activities.
To collaborate with hiring manager and recruiter on key actions: annual
headcount planning, key position interview and selection, new employee
on-boarding & integration, and probation of new employees.
To be responsible for factory personnel management including new hires
on-boarding, labor contract and personnel files, exit interview and termination
process.
To participate in the cross-department project for continuous improvements, as
well as to maintain positive networking at HR community.

The Incumbent:
Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Human Resource is preferred.
At least 10 years working experience in HR related function, min 5 year + full
function HRBP role.
At least 5-year experience in foreign-invested or joint venture company.
At least 5-year experience in manufacture industry, automation industry is
preferred.
Uncompromising integrity and accountability.
Strong execution and result driven.
Independent working capability, be able to handle multi-tasks under time pressure,
as well as team collaboration is as “Must”.
Adequate experience on conflict management, ER case handling as well as
employee activities organization.
Fluent spoken and written English.
