一、岗位职责
1. 负责学院教职工的招聘宣传推广与渠道拓展,提升岗位需求在主流学术平台及社交媒体的曝光度,增强学校招聘的雇主品牌吸引力。
2. 开展招聘数据统计与分析,通过多维评估与策略优化,持续提高招聘需求满足率。
3. 执行学院层面简历筛选、面试安排等招聘全流程工作,包括面试协调、文件准备与候选人档案管理,并持续优化面试环节与评估机制。
4. 对接人才项目申报、教师劳务费用核算与发放,处理相关劳务咨询及涉税事务。
5. 组织实施教师专项发展培训,支持教学能力提升与职业成长,并协同推进学院师德师风建设相关工作。
6. 完成上级交办的其他任务,并协助处理临时性事务与跨部门协作支持。
1. Responsible for promoting faculty recruitment and expanding recruitment channels for the college, increasing the visibility of job openings on mainstream academic platforms and social media, and enhancing the employer brand appeal of the university.
2. Conduct recruitment data statistics and analysis, and continuously improve
the fulfillment rate of recruitment needs through multi-dimensional evaluation
and strategy optimization.
3. Execute the full-cycle recruitment process at the college level, including
resume screening, interview scheduling, interview coordination, document
preparation, and candidate record management, while continuously optimizing the interview process and evaluation mechanisms.
4. Handle talent program applications, faculty service fee verification and
disbursement, and address related service fee inquiries and tax-related
matters.
5. Organize and implement specialized development training programs for
faculty, support teaching skills enhancement and career growth, and collaborate
on initiatives related to the college's professional ethics and conduct
development.
6. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors, as well as various ad-hoc duties
and cross-departmental support work.

1.五年以上人力资源招聘与培训等相关工作经验,具有高校、科研机构或教育行业经验优先
2.具备招聘全流程管理能力,能够独立开展人才吸引与雇主品牌推广工作,熟悉主流学术招聘渠道及社交媒体招聘策略优先
3.具备结构化分析能力与结果导向思维,能够主动优化工作流程、提升工作效率
4.较强的服务意识与应变能力,能够灵活应对各类咨询与突发事务
5.具备培训项目设计与执行经验,熟悉教师职业发展支持体系优先
此岗位需要英文面试+笔试。
工作年限: 五年以上工作经验

Language preference: Strong written and verbal communication skills in both
English and Chinese
Others:
1. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in human resources recruitment and
training, with preference given to candidates with experience in higher
education institutions, research organizations, or the education industry.
2. Proficiency in managing the full-cycle recruitment process, with the ability
to independently carry out talent attraction and employer branding promotion
activities. Familiarity with mainstream academic recruitment channels and
social media recruitment strategies is preferred.
3. Strong analytical skills and results-oriented mindset, with the initiative
to optimize workflows and improve work efficiency.
4. Excellent service orientation and adaptability, capable of flexibly handling
various inquiries and unexpected tasks.
5. Experience in designing and implementing training programs, with familiarity
in faculty career development support systems preferred.
This position requires an English interview and a written test.
