Job Responsibilities:

  • Analyze recruitment needs of various departments and develop recruitment plans; execute the recruitment process.

  • Post job advertisements, screen resumes, organize interviews, and conduct
    candidate assessments.

  • Support recruitment-related data organization and analysis.

  • Build and maintain a talent pool to support the company's talent reserves.

  • Assist in the design and optimization of the compensation system; be responsible for payroll calculations and related issues.

  • Develop and implement performance management systems, collect and analyze performance data, and provide feedback.

  • Maintain good labor relations and assist in handling labor contracts, resignations, and employee complaints.

  • Ensure company policies comply with labor laws and regulations.

  • Manage and maintain office environment and facilities to ensure smooth daily
    operations.

  • Coordinate internal administrative affairs and organize employee activities to
    enhance employee satisfaction.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related fields.

  • Over 3 years of experience in human resource management, with full-module
    operational experience preferred.

  • Fluent in English; experience in mechanical design, gaming, software development, or IT industries is preferred.

  • Optimistic, resilient, goal-oriented, with a strong work ethic and team spirit.

  • Familiar with labor laws and regulations, with strong communication skills and teamwork ability.

  • Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills; detail-oriented and
    responsible.

  • 负责办公室环境和设施的管理与维护,保障日常运营顺利进行。

  • 协调公司内部行政事务,组织员工活动,提升员工满意度。


任职要求:


  • 本科及以上学历,人力资源管理、工商管理或相关专业优先。

  • 3年以上人力资源管理工作经验,具备全模块操作经验者优先。

  • 英语流利,有机械设计,游戏、软件开发等IT行业优先。
  • 乐观皮实,目标结果导向,具有敬业精神及团队合作意识。
  • 熟悉劳动法律法规,具备良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神。

  • 具备较强的分析能力和解决问题的能力,工作细致、有责任心。
