Purpose of the Job

· Lead the OPR (Organization and People Review) cycle, key talent programs, engagement surveys, and talent pipeline management for Bud APAC.

· Drive other talent initiatives as required by Global or Zone-level priorities.

Accountabilities

· Overall manage the processes of Organization and Talent Review, Leadership competency review(180/360) and

annual Engagement Cycle

· Design, implement, and enhance talent development programs such as leadership assessments, coaching and mentoring program, succession planning…

· Support TM relevant projects such as employee experience, continuous listening, critical role…

· Turnover management around turnover analysis, diagnose on

turnover risk and develop/implement customized retention initiatives

· Support the running of APC Engagement Cycle (annual and pulse) and related improvement action planning and execution

· Provides consultative support to People Business Partners and Business Leaders in the area of talent management

· Other collaborative projects and tasks at Zone and BU level

Education and experience

· Bachelor degree is a must

· Experience in HR within a consulting firm or HR management role in a multinational company.

· Minimum of 7 years working experience.

Competencies required

· Good data analytical skills

· Fluently report and communicate in both English and Chinese;

· Good time management and organizational skills;

· A good understanding of the role of HR in the business and able to work proactively and independently.
