Job Responsibilities

  1. HR Project Coordination and Execution
    • Assist in formulating the annual human resources project plan for the
      China Region, clarifying project goals, time nodes, and responsible
      persons, and supervise its execution.
    • Regularly organize project communication meetings for the factory HR
      teams, promptly solve problems encountered during project implementation
      to ensure projects are completed as scheduled.
    • Maintain close communication with the Group HR, keep abreast of the
      latest developments and requirements of the group's human resources
      projects in a timely manner. Develop corresponding implementation plans
      based on the actual situation in the China Region and promote the
      implementation of projects in the China Region.
    • Evaluate and summarize the implementation effects of projects,
      collect relevant data and feedback, providing a basis for subsequent
      project optimization.
  2. HRIS Project Interface and Management
    • As the main contact person between the China Region and the Group IT,
      participate in the planning, design, and implementation of the HRIS
      (Human Resources Information System) project.
    • Organize internal user requirement surveys in the China Region,
      collect and collate the functional requirements and improvement
      suggestions of various departments for the HRIS system, and promptly
      feedback to the Group IT department to ensure that the system functions
      meet the business needs of the China Region.
    • Assist the Group IT department in system testing and roll - out,
      organize user training in the China Region to ensure that employees can
      proficiently use the HRIS system.
    • Be responsible for the daily maintenance and management of the HRIS
      system in the China Region, promptly solve problems occurring during
      system operation, and ensure the accuracy and security of system data.
    • Regularly analyze and evaluate the usage of the HRIS system, put
      forward system optimization suggestions, and promote continuous system
      improvement.
  3. Support for Key Position Recruitment
    • Work closely with department heads in the China Region together with
      the HR Manager of the China Region, deeply understand the
      responsibilities, job requirements, and business needs of key positions,
      and develop targeted recruitment strategies.
    • Expand and maintain diversified recruitment channels, including but
      not limited to recruitment websites, headhunting companies, campus
      recruitment, internal referrals, etc., to ensure the attraction of high -
      quality candidates.
    • Participate in the resume screening, interview, and evaluation of key
      - position candidates, use professional knowledge and interview skills to
      provide objective and accurate talent evaluations and suggestions to the
      hiring departments.
    • Assist the hiring departments in conducting background checks and
      salary negotiations with candidates, ensure the compliance and fairness
      of the recruitment process, and improve the recruitment success rate.
    • Track the probation performance of new employees in key positions,
      promptly collect feedback from the hiring departments and new employees,
      and optimize the recruitment process and standards.
    4.Follow - up of Recruitment Reports
    • Establish and improve the recruitment data statistics and reporting
      system in the China Region, regularly collect and summarize the
      recruitment data of each factory, including recruitment needs,
      recruitment progress, recruitment effectiveness, etc.
    • Conduct in - depth analysis of recruitment data, write recruitment
      analysis reports, providing data support for human resources decision -
      making in the China Region.
    • Propose improvement measures and suggestions for problems and
      challenges in the recruitment process, and follow up on the
      implementation to ensure the efficient progress of recruitment work.
    • Share the recruitment data and experience of the China Region with
      the Group HR, actively participate in the communication and discussion of
      recruitment work at the group level, and promote the overall improvement
      of the company's recruitment level.
    5.Organization and Follow - up of Performance Appraisal
    • Develop and improve the performance appraisal system and process in
      the China Region to ensure the scientific, fair, and effective nature of
      the assessment system.
    • Organize performance appraisal work in various departments of the
      China Region, including goal - setting, performance evaluation, result
      feedback, etc., to ensure the timely and smooth progress of the
      assessment work.
    • Statistically analyze the performance appraisal results, providing a
      basis for employees' salary adjustments, promotions, training, etc.
    • Handle employee appeals and disputes during the performance appraisal
      process, maintaining the fairness and solemnity of the assessment.
    • Regularly evaluate and optimize the performance appraisal system and
      its implementation, continuously improving the quality and effectiveness
      of performance appraisal.
    6.Employee Information Management and Maintenance
    • Establish and improve the employee information database in the China
      Region to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality of employee
      personal information.
    • Timely update data such as employees' basic information, job changes,
      salary adjustments, and performance appraisals to ensure the timeliness
      of employee information.
    • Be responsible for the management of employee files, including file
      collection, sorting, archiving, borrowing, etc., to ensure the
      standardized management of employee files.
    • Provide employees with necessary information inquiries and
      certificate - issuing services in accordance with relevant laws,
      regulations, and company regulations.
    • Regularly conduct self - inspections and rectifications of employee
      information management work to prevent information security risks.
    • Regularly translate employee information into English and submit it
      to the Group HR.
  4. Other Responsibilities
    • Assist in implementing the employee training and development plan in
      the China Region. According to employees' job requirements and career
      development plans, assist in organizing various training courses and
      learning activities to improve employees' professional skills and
      comprehensive qualities.
    • Establish and maintain good employee relations in the China Region,
      handle employee complaints and labor disputes, and promote the
      improvement of employee satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Participate in the preparation and management of the human resources
      budget in the China Region, and reasonably control human resources costs.
    • Pay attention to changes in national and local human resources -
      related laws and regulations, and promptly adjust the company's human
      resources policies and systems to ensure the company's operational
      compliance.
    • Complete other ad - hoc human resources tasks assigned by superiors.

Qualification Requirements

  1. Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or above, with majors in
    human resources management, business administration, psychology, etc.
    preferred.
  2. Work Experience: At least 3 years of human resources management work
    experience, with at least 1 year of experience in an HR supervisor
    position. Experience in the manufacturing industry or multinational
    companies is preferred. If the work experience is less than 2 years, the
    specialist position will be considered.
  3. Professional Skills
    • Be familiar with the theoretical knowledge and practical operations
      of the six modules of human resources management, and have rich
      experience in recruitment, training, performance, compensation, and
      employee relations management.
    • Proficiently master the operation and management of the HRIS system,
      and be able to use data analysis tools to analyze and interpret human
      resources data.
    • Have an understanding of national and local human resources - related
      laws and regulations, and possess the ability to handle labor disputes
      and prevent risks.
    • Have good English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills,
      enabling smooth communication and collaboration with the group
      headquarters and overseas teams.

      relationships between the factory HR teams and various departments,
