职位描述
岗位职责:
1、根据公司的年度经营目标,制定本部门的年度工作目标和各阶段工作目标;

2、负责组织开展人力资源规章制度的拟定、修改和编写工作,经批准后组织实施并进行监督;

3、负责建立健全公司招聘、培训、绩效考核、薪资福利、员工关系等人力资源体系建设;
3. Be responsible for establishing and improving the human resources system construction such as recruitment, training, performance appraisal, salary and welfare, and employee relations of the company.
4、负责指导、管理人力资源各模块具体工作,开展管理部日常管理与团队建设工作;
4. Responsible for guiding and managing the specific work of various modules of human resources, carrying out the daily management and team building of the management department.
5、负责组织和安排公司7S检查等相关工作;
5. Be responsible for organizing and arranging related work such as 7S inspection of the company.
6、负责公司的企业文化建设推进;
6. Responsible for the advancement of corporate culture.
7、了解各部门的工作动态,监督执行规章制度和劳动纪律,处理员工奖惩事宜;
7. Understand the work dynamics of various departments, supervise the implementation of rules and regulations and labor discipline, and handle employee rewards and punishments.
8、完成上级领导交办的其他任务。

任职要求:
1、本科及以上学历,人力资源管理、工商管理等相关专业;
1. Bachelor
s degree or above, related majors in human resource management, business administration, etc.
2、8年以上制造业人事管理岗位工作经验,5年及以上人力资源相关工作经验;
2. 8+ years of HR management experience with 5+ years in similar role.
3、 在人力资源各模块有丰富的实战经验,擅长招聘、培训、薪酬、绩效等模块,熟悉国家、地方相关政策和法律法规,持有国家人力资源管理二级职称证书优先;
3. Rich practical experience in various modules of human resources, good at recruitment, training, salary, performance and other modules, familiar with national and local relevant policies and and regulations, and have a national second-level human resources management professional qualification certificate.
4、 具备良好的计划、组织、协调、创新等管理能力。
4.With good planning, organization, coordination, innovation and other management capabilities.
