职位描述
T&D Function Responsibility:
Contribute to the daily administration and coordination of T&D functions and events.
Support talent development activities against annual calendar to ensure consistent delivery of talent process and program.
Organize and Coordinate Training Events by scheduling travel arrangements, making lodging arrangements, and scheduling conference and training room time for various training events.
Perform office clerical duties such as organizing digital and paper files as well as copying and scanning documents.
Supporting to HRBP:
Support HRBP Leader’s daily job
Maintain Employee’s masterdata
Assist on HR reports on general HR activity (HC & Org-chart / Termination Report & Analysis / Leaving Report...)
Perform WD system on employee’s onboarding, exit, job transfer and promotion
Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events, maintain agendas and business travel support
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree at least or above
1-2 years working experience in human resources or fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Open, willing to learn, excellent execution and positive attitude, meticulous attention to detail
Good on written communication skills in English
Highly computer literate with capability in office software
Able to withstand normal working pressure
