Main responsibilities:
l Implement employee
communications strategies and plans in the business sector and across One RRD
organization;
l Manage employee
communication channels such as internal social media(WeChat), intranet,
newsletter etc.;
l Design and execute relevant
communications activities including annual meeting, townhall meeting and other
employee engagement events, from content development to event management;
l Participate, organize and
implement employee communication projects to increase employee engagement and
employer branding;
l Work with cross-function teams
to drive the improvement of company collaboration and creativity, such as
cross-department sharing etc.;
l Responsible for employee
relations, manage and maintain including and not limited in HR policy and
procedure, code of conduct, Employee handbook, Ethical Principles etc.
Job Requirements:
l Bachelor degree or above;
l Has at least 5 years of
corporate level employee communication experience in MNCs;
l We prefer candidates with
experience in following function: Internal Communication, Employer Branding,
Corporate Communication, PR, Marketing, and Event Planning;
l Self-starting with strong
execution, take the lead and get involved in a range of employee communications
projects;
l Skilled in written and oral
communication in both Mandarin and English;
l Creative and Strategic
thinking, excellent writing skill, good communication skill and interpersonal
skill.
