KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Employee Experience Strategy & Localization
- Partner with HQ EEX COE to co‑design and adapt global employee experience frameworks, ensuring they reflect CM business needs and employee expectations.
- Support the design and roll‑out of CM‑specific employee experience initiatives across employee lifecycle touchpoints (onboarding, engagement,communication, development, etc.).
- Maintain alignment with company‑wide principles while tailoring implementation for locally operated business environments.
Programme Execution & Governance
- Coordinate the execution of HR programmes across the multi‑site HR setup, ensuring quality, consistency and timely delivery.
- Support governance across CM by promoting the use of standard methodologies, EEX frameworks and change management practices.
- Provide guidance to HR teams on programme design, employee journey mapping, change management and communication planning.
Digital HR & HR Data Governance
- Collaborate with HQ EEX and IT/Digital teams to support the CM HR digital roadmap.
- Drive the adoption of digital HR solutions to improve front‑end colleague experience and back‑end operational efficiency.
- Strengthen HR data quality, data governance and reporting standards across CM centres.
- Promote data‑driven insights to support better decision‑making across the HR function.
Change Management & HR Process Optimization
- Provide expertise and support for CM HR change initiatives, ensuring alignment of key stakeholders and smooth execution.
- Collaborate with HR functional heads to enhance HR processes, streamline workflows and improve service delivery effectiveness.
- Develop measures and feedback loops to assess programme effectiveness and user experience.
Insights & Reporting
- Provide regular reporting and insights on programme performance, employee experience trends and digital HR adoption.
- Analyse employee feedback, market practices and workforce data to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Share insights with HQ and CM HR leadership to guide improvements and inform future planning.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Build strong, trusted working relationships across local HR teams, business partners and HQ counterparts.
- Facilitate communication between HQ and CM to ensure alignment and clarity on priorities, timelines and deliverables.
- Work collaboratively across CM centres and functional HR teams to foster a one‑team approach.
People Leadership
- Lead and develop the CM EEX COE team to strengthen capability and drive high performance.
- Provide guidance and support to HR practitioners across CM centres to uplift employee experience and change readiness.
- Foster a collaborative, innovative and service‑oriented team culture.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in HRM,
- Organizational Development, Business, Communications or related disciplines.
- Around 10+years of HR or employee experience–related work experience, ideally in multinational or multi‑location environments.
- Proven experience in delivering HR or organizational change programmes.
- Strong understanding of employee experience design, digital HR concepts and change management practices.
- Effective stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across a regionally diverse HR structure.
- Strong communication skills, facilitation ability and collaborative mindset.
- Creative problem‑solver with the ability to translate ideas into action.
- Fluency in Mandarin and English
