太古地产致力于发展及管理商业、零售、酒店及住宅物业，以在主要运输交汇点的优越地段发展综合物业项目为发展策略。太古地产在香港联合交易所主板上市，在香港的投资物业组合包括太古坊、太古城中心及太古广场，于中国内地、美国及新加坡亦有投资。
在中国内地，太古地产于北京、广州、成都和上海共有五个正在运营的综合发展项目，另外正在发展一个位于上海前滩的零售项目，在中国内地的应占物业项目总楼面面积约逾87万平方米（逾940万平方英尺）。
