岗位职责Job Duties：
1、明确公司培训与发展的能力与体系建设，建立人才梯队，支持快速业务发展；
80Defines Leaning & Development capabilities and frameworks to build up talent pipe line to support strong business growth
2、制定新员工入职培训，领导力培训和中层管理者培训等项目；
80Develop new employee on boarding training, New leader program , Middle level leader program etc
3、与部门经理建立关键人才和培养项目；
80Together with HR manager to define key talent pipeline and development
4、公司企业文化建设和培训发展。
80Build up company culture and deployment

Job Requirements
1、本科或以上学历，人力资源管理、管理学、心理学等相关专业优先，通过CET-4优先考虑。
Bachelor Degree or above，CET-4 is prefered;
2、5年以上人力资源管理工作经验，包括：培训管理经验；
At least 5 years + of experience in various people functions Business, Experience across talent management/Learning；
3、高能量、有思想的专业人士，能够从事精细、战略和业务发展方面的工作
