Work closely with business managers and HR team on people selection and placement. Understand the candidate’s target profile from the
Work with HR team on fostering learning culture within the organization, involve in collecting training needs, support training implementation and assess training result.
Support HR manager on plant people review, assist the actions on succession plan, talent development and retention.
Follow up annual performance review and propose action plan based on individuals on own scope, regular review and update MOD monthly performance criteria, ensure MPB links to plant priorities.
Ensure a stable organization, regular communicate with employees, conduct employee exit interview, etc. Make analysis for further improvement actions.
Responsible for Faurecia Employee Empowerment launching, application and drive within plant.
Provide professional suggestions or actions to business managers, improve HR related KPI.
Overall responsible for factory recruitment.
Implement and promote talent development related projects
Dealing with employee relation cases.
Responsible for related HR reports timely.
Others temporary job given by line manager.
Cooperate with IATF16949& ISO14001 & ISO 45001system and operation system implement in plant.
Ensure full respect of Code of ethics & Code of management\ Rules and Regulations \Values\Employee handbook of the company.
