 Support HR manager on plant people review, assist the actions on succession plan, talent development and retention.

 Follow up annual performance review and propose action plan based on individuals on own scope, regular review and update MOD monthly performance criteria, ensure MPB links to plant priorities.

 Ensure a stable organization, regular communicate with employees, conduct employee exit interview, etc. Make analysis for further improvement actions.



 Responsible for Faurecia Employee Empowerment launching, application and drive within plant.



 Provide professional suggestions or actions to business managers, improve HR related KPI.



 Overall responsible for factory recruitment.



 Implement and promote talent development related projects



 Dealing with employee relation cases.



 Responsible for related HR reports timely.



 Others temporary job given by line manager.



 Cooperate with IATF16949& ISO14001 & ISO 45001system and operation system implement in plant.



 Ensure full respect of Code of ethics & Code of management\ Rules and Regulations \Values\Employee handbook of the company.
