Accountabilities：

1、Providing medical leadership on product life cycle management by developing medical strategy, plan, activities and ensuring implementation.

2、Data generation for strategy products on clinical unmet needs, and publication accordingly.

3、Providing scientific expertise to internal, global and external stakeholders about products, therapeutic areas, competitors and pipelines.

4、Developing professional relationships with the medical profession and other health professionals and key establishment of scientific education platform.

5、Be responsible for high quality of inputs to early compound evaluation and development of China portfolio strategy.

Knowledge/ Academic Qualification:

1、Master’s degree or above in clinical medicine

2、Medical Background: Major in Oncology or work in oncology field of pharmaceutical companies above 2 years

Skills:

1、Fluent both in oral and written English and Chinese.

2、Excellent communication skills.

3、Proficiency in Basic Microsoft Word, Powerpoint and Excel.

Experience:

1、Clinical and pharmacology experience.

2、Experience in pharmaceutical medical affairs function as MSA, Neuro-oncology, neurological diseases, or oncology experience is preferred.

3、Experience in clinical trial or post marketing study project management is preferred.
