职责描述:
Strategic Planning and Business Collaboration: Collaborate deeply with the business departments, thoroughly understand the business strategic goals, and formulate corresponding human resources strategic plans accordingly.ganize the recruitment activities according to the personnel planning based on the annual budget and biz development.

Talent Recruitment and Allocation: Based on the job requirements of business departments, formulate precise recruitment plans, and extensively search for and screen suitable talents through various channels.
人才招募与配置:依据业务部门的岗位需求,制定精准的招聘计划,通过多种渠道广泛搜寻、筛选合适人才。
Employee Training and Development: Based on business development and the current capabilities of employees, design and implement personalized training programs that cover training projects such as professional skills and leadership.
员工培训与发展:基于业务发展和员工能力现状,设计并实施个性化培训计划,涵盖专业技能、领导力等培训项目。
Performance Management Promotion: Assist business departments in establishing a scientific and reasonable performance evaluation system, and clarify quantifiable and measurable performance indicators and assessment criteria.
绩效管理推进:协助业务部门构建科学合理的绩效评估体系,明确可量化、可衡量的绩效指标与考核标准。
Employee Relationship Maintenance: Closely monitor the dynamics of employees, listen to their demands, promptly resolve conflicts among employees, and maintain a harmonious and stable working atmosphere.
员工关系维护:密切关注员工动态,倾听员工诉求,及时化解员工间矛盾冲突,维护和谐稳定的工作氛围。
Organization Development and Optimization: Participate in the design and adjustment of the organizational structure of business departments. Reasonably divide department responsibilities and set up positions according to business changes to improve the operational efficiency of the organization.
组织发展与优化:参与业务部门的组织架构设计与调整,依据业务变化合理划分部门职责、设置岗位,提升组织运行效率。
Other tasks assigned by team leader.
团队负责人交办的其他任务。
Comply with the company's information security management regulations, keep company information confidential, not disclose, and ensure the security of information.
遵守公司信息安全管理规定,对公司信息保密,不泄露,保证信息的安全。
Ÿ Take on additional responsibilities that may be assigned by superiors from time to time.
配合公司需要,随时承担上级委派的其他任务。
任职要求:
Ÿ Bachelor degree in HR, Law or relevant majors;
人力资源、法律或相关专业本科学历。
Ÿ 3+ years working experience in HRBP function;
在HRBP职能方面有三年以上工作经验。
Ÿ Good communication, team spirit, coordination skill and sensitivity;
具备良好的沟通能力、团队合作精神、协调技巧以及敏感度。
Ÿ Work proactively under pressure;
能在压力下积极主动地开展工作。
