Responsibilities:

• Manage and account for his/her own book of accounts

• Manage the daily activities of team and assure the efficiency and accuracy of the work performed by team members.

• Ensure all work done in compliance with the company policy & protocols

• Manage account receivable, work in process for his/her portfolio

• Provide good coaching to staffs and seniors. Manage the expectation of staffs and seniors.

• Maintain good client relationship and actively seek for business service opportunity

• Participate in public seminar/conference to enhance the PAS branding

• Build up own net-work out of PAS team (i.e. with other service lines, with overseas PAS teams, etc.) to expand PAS business opportunities.

Qualifications:

• University graduates with a minimum 5 years of compliance & consulting experience with a focus on personal tax, compensation and benefits in another international consulting firm or similar background

• Possess strong technical capabilities in aspects of personal tax

• Extensive experience in managing large client portfolio for both MNCs and local enterprises

• Capable of developing and establishing client relationships and managing the team effectively

• Team player, energetic, mature and flexible

• Excellent command of spoken and written English. For the position in China, excellent command of spoken and written Mandarin is preferred.
