职位描述

Responsibilities:

1.Develop annual/quarterly/monthly training plans (including technical and general training), and regularly track progress and report execution status.

2.Lead technical training and job certification programs; build the internal course library and promote course standardization and material maintenance.

3.Recruit, select, and develop internal trainers, and support the design and execution of training programs.

4.Provide support to other HR functions such as performance management, employee relations, and recruitment as needed. Complete other HR projects assigned by the supervisor.

Qualification:

1.Associate degree or above, preferably in Human Resources Management, Education, or related management fields.

2.3–5 years of experience in Training or HR roles (manufacturing industry preferred), with hands-on experience in training delivery, technical training, onboarding, or L&D projects.

3.Strong communication, coordination, and organizational execution skills.

4.English proficiency sufficient for daily work communication.


岗位职责:

1.编制年度/季度/月度培训计划(含技能、通用等);定期跟进培训进度并汇报执行情况;

2.负责技能培训与岗位认证,建立内部课程库,推动课程标准化与资料维护;

3.招募、选拔与培养内部讲师,开发执行培训项目;

4.根据需要支持绩效管理、员工关系、招聘等板块的部分工作。完成上级交办的其他 HR 项目。

任职要求:

1. 本科及以上学历,人力资源管理、教育学、管理类相关专业优先;

2. 3–5 年以上培训/HR 工作经验(生产制造业优先)。有培训执行、技能培训、入职培训或 L&D 项目经验者优先;

3. 较强的沟通能力、协调能力与组织执行力;

4. 英语能作为工作语言。
