职位描述
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Support the operations team on Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Organization Development, Employee Engagement to drive the operational excellence.
2. Partner with the business leaders/stakeholders to establish and implement HR strategies that foster organization and talent development.
3. Serve as a liaison between business and HR to assess human resources needs in areas such as talent acquisition, talent management, organization development, performance management, culture, driving change, etc.
4. Deep understanding of business and employee needs, take the initiative to find and solve problems in business development and management, and improve organizational efficiency.
5. Partner with managers to retain, develop and motivate people to meet the business development needs and achieve their fullest potential.
6. Manage the recruiting channels for operators, and recruit the labors timely to meet the production delivery.
7. Other duties assigned by manager
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
1. 8+ years of HR experience including 3+ years in HR leader role in manufacturing companies.
2. Bachelor’s degree and above.
3. Experience in assistant HR Manager or HR supervisor/Leader role is preferred.
4. Strong business and HR acumen, including strong problem solving skills, critical thinking, and self-initiative.
5. Ability to work under pressure and changing environment.
6. High passionate, independent, and result-oriented.
