Key responsibilities specific to the role
"Performance culture and improvement:
- Consult with line management and provide daily HR guidance for operation teams.
- Analyse trends and metrics with the HR department.
- Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances.
- Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention.
- Work with management to ensure effective rewards and incentives systems
- Support and coordination of “factory for tomorrow” people related initiatives
- Work with factory management team to ensure objectives are aligned and expectations are understood for position roles and team direction."
"HR support and administration:
- Provide HR policy guidance, update policies and guidelines as required.
- Administer Etex Talent data base, performance management and talent cycles, HRIS IDPs
- Process and administer election and recruitment campaigns
- Prepare required documentation as required for performance improvement, recognition, promotion, disciplinary actions,
- Provide personnel administration and support functions related to operations
- including such as uniform, canteen, cleaning, security guard, transportation, etc. "
"Talent development and succession planning:
- Identify training needs for teams and individuals.
- Suggests HR talent recruitment strategies aligned with business goals.
- Coordination of and facilitation of front-line leadership development programs in conjunction with plant management team and regional talent manager
- Facilitate the graduate development program for factory and operations personnel"
Requirements:
Bachelor or above, Preferably Human resource major.
At least 5 years related experience, particularly in talent recruitment, retention, and development.
Proven work experience as an HR business partner in industrial or operations environment.
Excellent people management skill.
Analytical and goal oriented.
Demonstrable experience with HR metrics.
Thorough knowledge of labour legislation.
Full understanding of all HR functions and best practices.
Fluent in English.
