* Introduce and demonstrate retail banking products and services to customers (especially mortgage related business for Mortgage Sales Manager)
* Promote deposit, mortgage loan, insurance, investment and other retail banking products/services
* Achieve business goals through proactive business solicitation and relationship building with customers
* Address customer needs by providing quality customer service and financial advice to customers
* Comply with established policies and regulatory requirements
* Assist in promotional activities of branch banking products and services
