具体职责 Specific Duties
1）制定并执行有效的招聘策略，吸引符合条件的候选人。
Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
2）通过在线平台、社交媒体、招聘机构、内部推荐等渠道寻找候选人。
Source candidates through various channels such as online platforms, social media, recruitment agencies, internal referrals etc.
3）筛选简历并进行初步面试，评估候选人的适配性。
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidates' suitability.
4）与需求部门经理协调面试安排，优化面试流程。
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and streamline the interview process.
5）协商雇佣条款并发出录用通知。
Negotiate employment terms and issue job offers.
6）优化招聘工具和面试技巧，提高选拔效率。
Optimize recruitment tools and interview techniques to enhance selection efficiency.
7）通过调查、绩效评估和经理沟通评估员工培训需求。
Assess employee training needs through surveys, performance reviews, and manager consultations.
8）明确技能要求，设计培训计划，并与部门合作开发培训材料（如手册、PPT、视频、案例研究）。
Define skill requirements, design training programs, and collaborate with the department to develop training materials (e.g., manuals, PPTs, videos, case studies).
9）开展培训课程（线下、在岗、视频、线上），并与顾问/专家协调以支持能力发展。
Deliver training sessions (in-person, on-the-job, video, online) and coordinate with consultants/experts to support competency development.
10）评估培训效果并根据需要实施改进。
Evaluate training effectiveness and implement improvements as needed.
任职资格 Qualification
1）人力资源、工商管理或相关专业本科及以上学历。
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2）至少3年招聘与培训相关工作经验。
Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment and training.
3）具备出色的沟通与人际交往能力。
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4）能够独立工作并在团队中协作。
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in teams.
5）具备分析和解决问题的能力。
Analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
6）要求具备熟练的英文书面能力，口语能力优秀者优先。
Proficiency in written English required, verbal English preferred.
