岗位职责 (Job Responsibilities):
- 业务支持:深度理解工厂生产与业务战略,为管理层提供匹配的HR解决方案。
Understand plant operations & strategy, provide professional HR solutions to management.
- 招聘配置:负责常州工厂的招聘,保障用工需求与人才质量,控制成本。
Manage end-to-end recruitment for Changchun plant, ensure staffing & quality, control costs.
- 流程跟进:其他人力资源管理流程的跟进和实施包括绩效管理、年度调薪方案、员工保留、领导力提升、继任者计划等。
Conduct other Human resource management process, e.g. annual talent review, support dept. manages identify, evaluate and develop talent.
- 员工关系:处理劳动争议,确保合规;策划员工活动,营造积极氛围。
Handle labor disputes for compliance; plan activities to build positive workplace culture.

任职要求 (Job Requirements):
- 学历专业:本科及以上,人力资源、工商管理等相关专业优先。
Bachelor’s degree or above, HR/Business Admin related majors preferred.
- 工作经验:5年以上HR经验,至少3年制造型企业HRBP/工厂HR经验,制造业优先。
Over 5 years of HR experience, minimum 3 years in manufacturing HRBP/plant HR, manufacturing industry preferred.
- 专业技能:精通HR模块(尤招聘、绩效、员工关系),熟悉劳动法规。
Proficient in HR modules (recruitment, performance, ER), familiar with labor laws.
- 核心能力:出色的沟通、问题解决、抗压能力,结果导向,懂业务。
Excellent communication, problem-solving, pressure-resistance skills, result-oriented, business-savvy.
- 语言能力:良好的中英文书面及口头表达能力。
Good written and spoken English and Chinese.
