Job Summary:
1. The position is responsible for the HR & Admin.
2. Responsible to collaborate with other departments; regarding the HR & Admin support required by them.
3. To maintain awareness of relevant legislation currently enforced and ensure compliance with statutory rules and regulations of Sun Pharma
4. To ensure the complying with the local labor law regulations, handling of Industrial Relations Relation issues in the company – Domestic Inquiry investigations & proceedings.
5. Develop and implement HR Strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
6. Works as management bridge and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
7. Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
Essential Job Functions:
Talent Acquisition:
1. Partners with the management to understand and execute the organization's human resource and talent strategy particularly as it relates to current and future talent needs, recruiting, retention, and succession planning.
2. Administer the talent acquisition process, included selection, interviewing, and hiring of qualified job applicant and consistently identify, source and maintain a pool of talents for potential hiring
Industrial Relations:
1. Provides support and guidance to the management and others when complex, specialized, and sensitive questions and issues arise
2. Maintains compliance with local authority employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance
3. To develop and recommend employee relation, industrial relations and to ensure the policies and procedures are implemented and administered accordingly
Compensation & Benefits:
1. Analyses trends in compensation and benefits; researches and proposes competitive base and incentive pay programs to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent.
2. Prepare and ensure accuracy of payroll for all employees
3. Administer employee’s performance review, annual increment
Training & Development:
1. Develop training and development programs and initiatives to provide internal development opportunities for employees.
2. To conduct training need analysis to understand the needs and gap of employees and to provide them with the necessary development
Policies & Process
1. Maintains compliance with State, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
2. Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
Others:
1. Ensure the yearly manpower and HR budget is prepared in a timely manner
2. Attend the foreign worker hiring matters
3. Ensure well designed employee engagement is conducted to retain and engaged employees.
4. Any other work/projects as assigned by the management
General Administration:
1, Overall office administration management, ensure the whole office in good conditions.
2, Manage general admin related issues including but not limited to courier, travel & transportation, office supply, facility, etc.
3, Office asset management, IT management.
4, Liaison with various outsourced parities for different admin tasks and works.
5, Responsible for admin contracts/documents filing, update, renewal and monthly administrative payment.
6, Be in charge of office supplier’s management such as payment application.
Qualifications:
1, Bachelor education or above, 4 years of relevant working experience.
2, Fluent English and Mandarin communication skills (both written and spoken), CET6 or above.
3, Able to work under pressure, excellent communication skills, self-motivated, responsive and detail minded.
4, Ability to build strong relationships with the team, communicate effectively with internal and external parties.
5, Well organized individual, able to manage multiple tasks, strong problem solving skills, able to meet deadlines.
6, Proficiency in Microsoft office Word, Excel, PPT, etc.
7, Ability to work with integrity, trust and commitment, setting an example for others.
