岗位要求:
1. 人力资源相关专业本科及以上学历,10年以上人力资源管理工作经验,其中至少5年以上人力资源总监岗位经验
2. 熟悉现代企业人力资源管理模式和实践经验,具有出色的人力资源规划、组织变革和团队建设能力
3. 具备战略思维和业务洞察力,能够与公司业务发展紧密结合
4. 卓越的领导力、沟通协调能力及解决问题能力,能够承受工作压力
5. 有互联网、高新技术行业或大型跨国企业工作背景者优先考虑

- 2.Proficiency in modern HR management models, with exceptional capabilities in HR planning, organizational transformation, and team building.
- 3.Strategic mindset and business acumen to align HR initiatives with corporate growth.
- 4.Outstanding leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills under pressure.
- 5.Preferred candidates have experience in internet, high-tech industries, or multinational corporations.
