职位描述
岗位职责:
1. 制定并实施公司人力资源战略规划,为公司的持续发展和竞争优势提供人力支持
2. 构建和完善人力资源管理体系,推动组织效能提升
3. 设计和优化人才招聘、培训、绩效、薪酬及员工关系等模块,确保公司人才队伍的优化配置
4. 参与公司重大决策,从人力资源角度提供专业意见和决策支持
5. 维护公司雇主品牌,塑造良好的企业文化

岗位要求:
1. 人力资源相关专业本科及以上学历,10年以上人力资源管理工作经验,其中至少5年以上人力资源总监岗位经验
2. 熟悉现代企业人力资源管理模式和实践经验,具有出色的人力资源规划、组织变革和团队建设能力
3. 具备战略思维和业务洞察力,能够与公司业务发展紧密结合
4. 卓越的领导力、沟通协调能力及解决问题能力,能够承受工作压力
5. 有互联网、高新技术行业或大型跨国企业工作背景者优先考虑

Job Responsibilities:‌

  1. 1.Formulate and implement corporate human resource strategies to support sustainable development and competitive advantage.
  2. 2.Establish and optimize HR management systems, driving organizational efficiency enhancement.
  3. 3.Design and refine talent acquisition, training, performance management, compensation, and employee relations modules to ensure optimal talent allocation.
  4. 4.Participate in major corporate decision-making, providing HR expertise and strategic support.
  5. 5.Maintain employer brand equity and foster positive corporate culture.

‌Job Requirements:‌

  1. 1.Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources or related field, with 10+ years of HR management experience, including minimum 5 years as HR Director.
  2. 2.Proficiency in modern HR management models, with exceptional capabilities in HR planning, organizational transformation, and team building.
  3. 3.Strategic mindset and business acumen to align HR initiatives with corporate growth.
  4. 4.Outstanding leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills under pressure.
  5. 5.Preferred candidates have experience in internet, high-tech industries, or multinational corporations.
