Initiate to analyze the organization and talent development needs, and develop the solutions and build the platform to grow talents.
Initiate development solutions and support to draft the proposal and implementation.
Organize assessment for leaders and organize the feedback sessions.
Supervise talent development programs
Take charge of the performance management process and monitor the performance management cycle.
Organize of HR-topic training and development programs, and track the development effectiveness.
Track talent development effectiveness
