Within the site’s steering committee, the Expert Lean Manufacturing contributes to the definition and implementation of the iste SES Road Map. He/she deploys the Lean culture and actively participates in the performance improvement and development of the site.
1. Propose the SES improvement strategy and plan for the sites. In line with the Saft SES strategy and the local business and site strategies
2. Implement : plan, lead and execute through gemba, routines, R&R, standards, workshops (VSM, Kaizen, Hoshin, TPM, JIT, Smed, Problem solving – such as TPS)
3. Train / coach : develop the lean culture within the site organizations, develop the skills of the team members
4. Follow-up the efficiency of the sites : management of the performance on a daily basis
5. Part of the Saft world-class community and exchanges, share the best practises within the world-class networks
Requirement :
1. Minimum 5 years of industrial experience, implementation of lean manufacturing and methods in the automotive sector. Experience in TPS and Toyota Way. Knowledge of Lean Office
2. Experience of lean manufacturing in the automotive industry
3. Good command of English
4. Track records on AI and AR is a plus
资格
1. 化工材料、电力化工、新能源科技等工科专业优先。
2. 良好的工艺质量控制经验，具有电子/能源设备/汽车产业链等工厂制造工艺经验。
3. 专业知识:英语流利，大学英语四级，读写能力，计算机能力，管理能力，沟通能力，总结能力
4. 有使用质量工具的经验和良好的质量意识。
5. 良好的沟通能力和总结能力。
