Key Responsibilities are:
• Develop and deliver Digital Platform (WeChat Mini App) initiatives and features in conjunction with Business leads and Internal IT partners.
• Project driver to oversee sub-workstream healthiness, Manage stakeholders and vendors.
• Manage development lead and developers in day-to-day project activities and make sure project is progressing according to milestones and agreed KPIs, project schedule planning and activities execution.
• Report project status to Programme Manager and Senior Management.
QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE
• University degree holder in Information Technology, or related disciplines.
• 10+ years hands-on experience in IT project management and software/product delivery.
• Proven track record in managing a large scale project with at least two years project duration.
• Experience in delivering a transformation programme desirable.
• Experience running projects under both Waterfall and Agile/Scrum methodology.
• A good understanding of system development life cycle in enterprise systems.
• Effective communicator to different levels of stakeholders & Technology teams and can present complex ideas and technical details into layman terms.
• Demonstrate a proactive working attitude to achieve common goals with good influential and negotiation skills.
• Strong oral and written English language skills.
• Project management certification (PMP and Agile/Scrum Master) is required.
• Proficiency in Cantonese and Putonghua (written and spoken) is an advantage.
• Immediate availability is preferred.
• Experience in working in mobile applications is preferred
• Experience in working with China app developers (i.e. Tencent) is preferred
• Experience in managing mid to large scale enterprise projects in a complex three tier environment is preferred.
• Experience in integrating mobile applications with other applications is preferred
