Duties:
• As Oversee and manage digital projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are implemented and delivered on time to support digital transformation roadmap.
• Coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure seamless collaboration and successful project implementation.
• Implementing digital solutions that enhance operational efficiency, improve user experience, and drive innovation based on CLP China's digital project process.
• Managing project timelines and budgets to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Ensure the efficient, stable, and reliable operation of digital systems and services, including maintenance, troubleshooting, and fulfilling the SLA.
• Ensure all mobility solutions comply with relevant regulations and security standards to guarantee system reliability and employee experiences.
• Leveraging industry best practices to continuously optimize digital transformation efforts and improve project outcomes.
• Maintaining regular communication with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide updates on project progress.
Qualifications:
• A bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Power System Automation, Power Electronics, or equivalent. A master’s degree is preferred.
• At least 8 years of relevant experience in project management of digital transformation roles, especially in a large organization.
• Fluent in verbal Mandarin, with excellent written and spoken English communication skills. Knowledge of other languages (e.g., Cantonese) is preferred.
• Able to periodically travel to Hong Kong or Mainland China for meetings or workshops.
• Skilled in project management, change management, relationship management, and vendor management.
