职位描述
Main Objective:
To train our CAs to improve their productivity, together with the training manager.
To follow up the in-house training to the field, to ensure a practical roll-out on site.
Create, review and enhance content of local training program
Main Responsibility:
• Deliver the training program independently, such as new induction training, new product training based on the brand needs
• Prepare and adapt training materials, including novelties, service, and other brand-specific training programs.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of CA to ensure continuous improvement
• Manage resources efficiently to maximize the impact of training initiatives.
• Uphold a high standard of grooming according to brand guidelines.
• Provide field coaching to CA and help them to build confidence in the working place
• Support brand for animations and any events
• Identify training objective for every training course according to the training strategy
• Assist in training manager on training project and achieve the target of training department
Profiles We are looking for:
-Bachelor degree or above
-Over 2 years’ related experience in cosmetics industry
-Excellent communication and presentation skill
-Self-driven, good learning agility and be responsible
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team
-Strong interest in fragrance/ retail industry and willing to work under pressure.
-Wiling to travel frequently
