Main responsibilitity：

Responsible for supporting NPDI project, early involvement to provide DFM and Value
Engineering solution to R&D.

- Monitor sample validation process of NPDI/Transfer projects; provides detailed guidance to
project team periodically.

- Supplier performance monitoring, reporting, improvement and development, as well as
supplier risk assessment and mitigation.

- Supplier corrective action independent reviewer, QCP plan development, execution,
monitoring and control as part of sustaining changes. Assess and coordinate supplier changes requests.

- Supporting supplier audit schedule development, execution and maintenance. Applies
technical and soft skills as a seasoned professional.

- Treat with quality notifications and quickly response for customer quality complains. Interacts often with other internal functions and external partners at a level up.
Qualifications：

-Bachelor degree or above bachelor


- Major in Mechanical engineering or close

• 工作经验

- 5+ years working experience of quality control in manufacturing industry. SQE is a plus.

- Specific category technology background, e.g. Injection mold / Die-casting / FSM / Weldments
etc.,
-Good experience of quality audit, process audit, and product audit.

- Good experience of problem solving and capable of learning.

- Good experience of quality tools (PPAP, MSA, SPC, FMEA, 8D) application.

- Experience with geometric dimensioning and tolerance. Working knowledge of Excel, PPT
required.
