Responsibilities and Main Tasks:
1. Define necessary measurements to assure product quality in NPI stage.
2. Assure correct use of inspection methods (in particular SPC) in NPI stage.
3. Define quality related to documentation (CP, FMEA…) for new technology and new process.
4. Assure that new technology/equipment/process/base material/tool become qualified.
5. Provide necessary training and assure qualification of technician.
6. 2nd instance to decide about block/release/scrap/rework of NPI products in case of potential defects.
7. Assess potential impacts/risks in case of NPI product deviations.
8. Find root causes for NPI product deviations, define and follow up improvement actions.
9. Support continuous improvement projects.
10. Project work for new technologies.
11. NPI Quality reporting.
12. Define failure analysis plan of NPI products, provide necessary training to QLM staff.
13. Other Job assignment from superior.
Requirement：
1. Bachelor’s degrees in Chemistry, Polymer material, Mechanical Engineering related.
2. At least 5 years’ experience of quality control position in related industry.
3. At least 5 years’ experience in optical module manufacturing industry.
4. Basic knowledge of quality standards (ISO 9000, QS 9000 and IATF16949).
5. Works independently and stress resistant.
6. Strong analytical skills.
7. Fluent in English.
8. Ability in solving complex problems.
9. Familiar with Minitab, Mindmap.
10. Team spirit.
