Responsibilities:
Manage the change process and configuration according to the change process.
Organize change request review meetings to assess the impact of the change,
consider risks and opportunities, and validate assessment measures to avoid
adverse impacts of the change.
Monitor the effectiveness of change implementation, timely configuration
updates and releases, completeness of closure evidence, and achievement of
change KPIs

registration and retrieval of drawings and BOMs

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree 本科学历
Have two years or more change management experience 2年及以上变更管理经验
Mechanical background with basic drawing skills机械专业背景，具备基本识图能力
Automotive industry preferred汽车行业优先
Experience in rail or automotive industry preferred, familiar with quality
systems e.g. ISO9001, 熟悉IATF16949, ISO9001, 及汽车行业相关经验者优先，熟悉质量体系
Language: English CET-4, proficient in English, especially reading and writing
skills § Good at communication
IT Skill: Basic knowledge and application of MS-Office
