岗位职责
1. Inventory Management: Oversee inventory management and ensure that all rider assets (equipment,gear, etc.) are stocked and available. Raise requests for additional stock based on usage patterns and the forecastedrider count.
2. Asset Distribution: Manage the distribution of rider equipment to all riders and fleet partners in atimely and efficient manner.Ensure that riders on the ground are fully equipped with all necessary items, suchas helmets, bags, and uniforms, based on the specific needs and rider count.
3. Quality Control: Regularly inspect equipment for quality and ensure that it meets Keeta’s standards.
4. Stock Audits: Perform regular stock audits to ensure the accuracy of inventory records. Address discrepancies and manage returns, replacements, or repairs of damaged or faulty equipment.
5. Training and Support: Provide necessary support and guidance to local teams on inventory processes,ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).

●Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, or related field.
●Strong understanding of inventory management software and tools.
● Ability to manage and distribute inventory across multiple locations.
● Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
● Excellent communication skills, with the ability to provide clear feedback to centralteams.
● Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-pacedenvironment.
