Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for domestic and overseas (Southeast Asia, Europe, USA, etc.) talent recruitment.
2. According to the company's talent strategy needs, communicate with the hiring department to clarify the recruitment needs, make the recruitment plan and implement.
3. Analyze the talent layout of the target market, establish the talent map, and reserve the external talent pool.
4. Make suggestions on the construction of recruitment channels, and evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment channels regularly.
5. Responsible for the release of recruitment information, resume search and screening, candidate interview and evaluation, recruitment negotiation.
6. Regular analysis and improvement of recruitment achievement rate and recruitment quality.
Skills and Experience
1. At least 5 years working experience in recruitment.
2. At least 2 years overseas talent recruitment experience.
3. Fluent English speaking and writing ability preferred.
4. Have team spirit, strong sense of responsibility, excellent communication skills, good coordination skills.
