1. 负责考勤管理(含加班、调休、休假)
Responsible for attendance management (include OT, day off and
leave records)
2. 跟进年度培训计划具体实施。
Follow-up annual training plan implementation.
3. 负责办公室人员招聘工作。
Responsible for recruitment of office staff.
4. 每月生日会活动。Birthday party organization.
5. 行政事宜。Admin issues.
6. 客人接待并提供必要的帮助。Visitor's reception and provide helps to
visitors.
7. 接听、转接电话,更新通讯录。Answer and transfer phone, update
contact list.
8. 保安人员的管理. Management of security team.
9. 员工离职手续。Employee's exit issues handling.
10. 上级安排的其它工作。Other duties assigned by manager.

1. 熟悉人力资源各项事务的操作流程。
Familiar with the affairs of the HR operations process.
2. 熟悉国家、地区相关劳动法规及政策。

3. 熟悉计算机常用办公软件。
Familiar with computer office software.
4. 工作细致认真,原则性强,有良好的执行力及职业素养。
Hard working, principled, and a good execution and professional

5. 性格开朗、责任心强、能承受一定的压力。
Outgoing, responsible and able to work under pressure.
