工作职责
1.协助饼房厨师长负责每天饼房的运作。
2.承担起饼房厨师长赋予的饼房的工作职责。
3.协助饼房厨师长完成所有与饼房相关的工作。
4.控制、监测并领导整个饼房的运作。
5.负责饼房员工岗上培训等。
任职要求
1.优秀的组织管理能力,优秀的交际能和沟通技巧。
2.至少2年以上相关厨房工作经验。
3.善于同宾客交往、沟通,处理周到、果断,能独立处理各种投诉。
Operating duty
1. Assist the head chef of the bakery in managing the daily operations of the bakery.
2. Take on the job responsibilities assigned by the head chef of the bakery.
3. Assist the head chef of the bakery in completing all tasks related to the bakery.
4. Control, monitor, and lead the operation of the entire bakery.
5. Responsible for on-the-job training for bakery employees.
Knowledge and Skills
1. Excellent organizational and management skills, excellent communication abilities and skills.
2. At least 2 years of relevant kitchen work experience.
3. Skilled in interacting and communicating with guests, attentive and decisive in handling, able to independently handle various complaints.
