Responsibilities
* General HR 
Execute whole HR annual life cycle including but not limited to Objective Setting, Talent Review, Talent Development Plan, and Performance Management.
* Compensation& Benefit 
Payroll master data management and payroll processing, Leave Management.
* HRIS
Maintenance of workday/ Attendance System
* Learning & Development
Coordinate and support general development, learning and training programs.
* Recruiting 
Responsible for recruiting system and procedure, monitoring and reporting on the recruiting status as well as participation and tracking of talent selection.
* Other HR&Adm&IT Activities
Any services relating to HR, Administration, IT that are not covered by any of the above mentioned services by required by the HR Line Manager.
 Qualifications 
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Human Resources or related field preferred. 
2. Minimum of 3 years in direct human resource work, have experience in MNC would be a plus. 
3. Strong communication both in English and Chinese.  
4. Experience interacting with all levels of management/staff and across organizational lines. 
5. Good collaboration and influencing skills and teamwork spirit 
6. Proactive and independent attitude, Result oriented and Customer oriented 
7. Excellent computer skill in EXCEL, POWERPOINT and WORD.
