一. Customer service management:
1, Issue sales order and invoice
2, Provide the shipping information to customer
3, Upload the invoice in system
4, Receive the customer order and forecast
5, Upload the customer order and forecast into SAP system
6, Arrange booking and shipment on time
Experience Requirement
1, Bachelor's degree or above, with a preference for accouting or English majors.
2, More than 1 years of experience in customer service, with priority
3, Strong data processing and logical analysis skills.
4, Proficient in English reading and writing and speaking, capable of handling daily
5, Experienced in operating SAP systems.
6, Responsible, strong communicator,highly capable problem-solver.
