Key Responsibilities:
• Support daily store operations: scheduling, team routines, inventory, and maintenance
• Act as floor manager to ensure a consistent and premium customer experience, create a friendly and welcoming environment for the visitors
• Assist with onboarding, training, and performance follow-up of store staff
• Help coordinate internal store communication and administrative tasks
• Support product flow, visual merchandising, and in-store presentation
• Maintain a high level of team morale, energy, and service during shifts
• Be present and available on the shop floor during peak hours
• Assist in the planning and delivery of weekly rides and events
• Step in as acting Store Manager when needed
Qualifications:
• 2+ years of experience in a retail leadership or coordinator role
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Fluency in Mandarin; English proficiency preferred
• Energetic, positive, and always ready to take initiative.
• Interest in cycling, fashion, or lifestyle retail is a strong plus
• Self-motivated, dependable, and able to take initiative in a dynamic environment
• Willingness to work weekends and adapt to a fast-paced retail environment

作为门店副经理，您将协助门店总经理负责上海旗舰店的日常运营工作。您将在推动销售业绩、维护视觉陈列与运营标准、以及为团队营造高效有序的工作环境等方面发挥关键作用。
我们理想的候选人注重细节、执行力强，且能在规范化的零售环境中游刃有余。您需具备出色的沟通能力，并乐于在成长型团队中塑造积极文化、建立稳定体系。
核心职责：
• 协助门店日常运营：排班管理、团队流程、库存及设备管理
• 担任现场主管，确保为顾客提供始终如一的优质体验，营造友好轻松的环境
• 参与员工入职培训、技能指导及绩效跟进工作
• 协调门店内部沟通及行政事务处理
• 支持货品流转、视觉陈列及店内形象维护
• 在岗期间保持团队高昂士气与服务热情
• 客流高峰时段需全程在门店值守
• 协助策划并执行每周骑行团与品牌活动
• 必要时代行门店经理职责
任职要求：
• 2年以上零售管理或统筹岗位经验
• 优秀的沟通协调与组织能力
• 普通话流利，具备英语能力者优先
• 充满活力、积极进取，始终保持主动性
• 对骑行运动、时尚或生活方式零售有浓厚兴趣者更佳
• 适应周末排班及快节奏零售工作环境
• 积极主动、值得信赖，有独立工作能力
