"Position Title: QA assistant manager

Key Responsibilities
1. Lead and mentor a team of QA and QC engineers, fostering a culture of quality and accountability.
2. Develop and implement QA and QC processes, policies, and best practices to enhance product reliability.
3. Define test strategies, including manual, automated, and performance testing.
4. Work closely with Development, Product teams.
5. Identify, document, and track defects, ensuring timely resolution.
6. Monitor and report on QA metrics, test coverage, and product quality.
7. Stay updated with industry trends and emerging QA and QC technologies.
8. Manage QA tools, frameworks, and environments to optimize testing efficiency.
Qualifications & Skills
1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
2.5+ years of QA and QC experience, with 2+ years in a leadership role. More than 2 years of direct management experience in QA and QC team .
3. Handson experience with **test automation tools and QA frameworks.
4. Excellent analytical, problemsolving, and communication skills.
5. Experience with performance, security is a plus.
6. Strong professional knowledge. Good management skills. Good report skills.QA assistant manager.
