职位描述
Responsibilities:
- Ensure adherence to Bank policies and relevant legal/regulatory frameworks. Also need to collaborate with colleagues within their function, and more broadly, to implement appropriate policies and processes, in line with Bank’s policy.
- Manage Northern China employee lifecycle function including hiring & onboarding, background screening, position changes, terminations, data maintenance and similar HR areas.
- Ensure accurate and timely issuance of HR related documents (e.g., offer letter, employment contracts, certificates, etc.).
- Centrally manage the time calendar in Workday and govern the annual leave management.
- Liaise with various HR functions for regulatory reporting in due time and meeting the quality standards.
- Proactively address challenges,seek for resolutions, and escalate issues without any delay.
- Further develop by taking part in other HR-related projects (e.g., HR services updates and implementation,support on new HR processes transition, etc.).
- Does not raise any audit point due to action or inaction.
- Ad-hoc tasks assigned from Managers.
You are expected:
- To hold bachelor’s degree and have more than 8 years similar working experiences in a multinational organization.
- Experiences in banking and financial industry will be preferred.
- Familiar with employment related law and regulations.
- High accuracy in daily work, proactive working attitude, problem solver and multi-task handler.
- Fast learner; values learning new skills and developing herself/himself.
- Strong collaboration skills, quick executer, and good adaptability.
- Great planning skills and sets priorities so that can achieve his/her goals and is detail oriented.
- Advanced Chinese and English communication skills, both in written and oral.
- Familiar with MS Office, knowledge of Workday HR system is a big plus.
