Key Responsibilities:

1、Strategic Leadership & Team Development:

• Define and implement the strategic roadmap and objectives for the protein project management function in alignment with corporate goals.
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of project managers, fostering a culture of accountability, development, and excellence.

2、Program Delivery & Client Partnership:

• Provide senior oversight for the entire lifecycle of complex, high-value protein/antibody projects, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.
• Serve as the primary senior point of contact for strategic clients, managing key communications, expectations, and overall relationship health to ensure client success.

3、Process Excellence & Cross-functional Collaboration:

• Continuously improve and standardize project management methodologies, tools, and governance frameworks.
• Drive effective collaboration across R&D, Operations, Quality, and Commercial functions to enhance organizational efficiency and project outcomes.

Requirements:

• Ph.D. in Molecular/Cell Biology or Immunology.

• 5–8 years industry experience + min. 3 years leading a PM team in biopharma/CRO.

• Deep hands-on protein/antibody project experience.

• Strong leadership; fluent English (spoken/written); client-focused with process improvement skills.
