We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist.

Business: CTO

Principal responsibilities:

• Hands-on Development: Actively contribute to the codebase, developing features and solutions for our Python Django + Vue applications.
• System Architecture: Lead the low-level system design and architecture, collaborating with solution owners to translate requirements into robust and scalable technical specifications.
• Technical Excellence: Conduct code and architecture reviews to ensure high standards of quality, performance, and maintainability.
• Problem Solving: Tackle complex technical challenges and drive the implementation of key architectural improvements.
• Agile Facilitation: Occasionally leading scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Requirement breakdown: Help the team break down requirements into manageable tasks, organize the sprint backlog, and continuously improve its development process.
• Removing Impediments: Proactively identify, triage, and resolve technical roadblocks and dependencies to protect the team's focus and velocity.

Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications:

• 5 or more years of experience in application development, with a strong background in system architecture and design.
• 3 or more years of experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment.
• Expertise in the Scrum framework and a demonstrated ability to solve team-specific challenges and improve processes.
• Strong proficiency in Python and the Django framework.
• Solid understanding of DevOps principles and CI/CD pipelines.
• Proactive, open-minded, and possessing a strong ability to learn and execute effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English.

• Technical certification like GCP / CKAD or others will be advantages.

• CSM / PSM certificate will be advantages.
