1. Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes for Secondees, including visa/work permit applications, HRC system setup, and payroll area adjustments .
2. Maintain and update the daily Secondee list and track assignment timelines .
3. Monitor contract end dates and initiate renewal or conversion procedures as needed .
【Extension & Home Trip Reimbursement】
1. Use Power Automate to trigger reminder emails for Secondee extension decisions 30 days in advance .
2. Automate notifications for Home Trip reimbursement eligibility based on stay duration (e.g., 183 days in SG) .
3. Consolidate Home Trip data from 2015–2025 using Python for better tracking and reporting .
【System & Workflow Optimization】
1. Collaborate with BPO HR to maintain SLA compliance and generate monthly progress reports .
【Communication & Coordination】
1. Liaise with Secondees and Project Managers via Teams and email to confirm return dates, extension status, and reimbursement claims.
2. Ensure all stakeholders are informed of SOP updates and policy changes.
Detail skill Requirements:
1. English: CET-4
2. Familiarity with HR systems (e.g., HRC Assist).
3. Strong organizational and communication skills.
3. Experience in managing cross-border assignments and HR compliance.
4. Ability to work collaboratively with People & Culture teams and project stakeholders.
