岗位职责:
1.根据公司的管理计划和业务发展需求,制定年度招聘计划;并组织安排招聘工作;Define annual recruitment plan according to the current management
plan and business development requirement
2.探索并合理利用招聘渠道;explore
and make proper use of recruitment channels
3.组织培训需求调查;评估并选择外部培训供应商;评估并选择内部培训师,建立内部培训师制度;organizing the training need survey;assessment
and selecting external training supplier ;assessment
and selecting internal training teacher,establishing internal teacher system
4.组织制定公司年度培训计划和监督实施;建立并维护培训记录数据库;Organizing company annual training plan and supervising implementing; establishing and maintenance the training record database
5.与外部人力资源市场及相关政府机构保持联系;keep in touch with external HR markets and relevant government
organizations;与大学、外部培训咨询公司、当地发展中心及其他组织保持联系;Keeping
connection with universities,external training & consultation company and
local development centre and other organizations.
6.更新和完善招聘培训制度和流程;set
up and improve recruitment system and process
7.负责人力资源部门内部和外部审核;take
charge of HR department internal and external audit
8.人力资源经理安排的其他工作;other
work HR Manager assigned
岗位要求:
1.本科以上学历,英语流利
Bachelor degree above, ,fluent English
2. 5-10 年招聘或培训板块工作经验,有团队管理经验优先. 5-10 years of recruiting or training board experience, preferably
in a team management role.
3.熟悉招聘及培训板块所需的工具、知识、技能Familiar with training and development knowledge and technology
4.独立工作,积极主动,自我激励,管理内部团队Work independently, aggressive, self-initiated, self-motivated, leadership ability
5.团队精神,良好的沟通和人际交往能力Team
