This position is a short-term contract for 7 months.
Key Activities
• Provide comprehensive support for HR operations, including career development discussion, Talent review , skill development and so on
• Assist and drive the Talent Review process, organizing high-potential and key talent assessments to ensure alignment with organizational needs.
• Implement Skill Mapping, develop the company’s competency framework, and identify core skills and capability gaps.
• Design and promote Career Development programs, collaborate with managers to create individual career paths and development strategies.
• Regularly compile HR data (e.g., turnover, engagement, talent review results) to provide reports and actionable insights to management.
• Support talent management processes, including evaluations, employee experience feedback sessions.
• And any other relevant HR tasks which may be assigned
Skills & Knowledge:
• Bachelor degree or above, major in Human Resource Management is preferred;
• 1-2 years related experience in multinational company;
• Strong knowledge of training processes and procedures;
• Strong facilitation skills;
• Excellent English skills on read/write and oral communication;
• Excellent MS office skills, particular in PPT;
• Excellent Communication and negotiation skills;
• Strong Time Management skills;
• Ability to work under pressure and tough deadlines.
