As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will work in “people business” and will be the “Recruitment Champion”. Recruiting right people in the right place!

What You’ll Be Doing

You will take a strategic position in HR by filling the increasing need of talents in all our businesses. As a Recruitment Specialist, you can make an impact and help recruit, develop and retain great colleagues within our global workplace.

Acting as a Recruitment Advisor to the business, you will be demonstrating deep business and market understanding and providing value-adding recruitment advices. You will demonstrate strong recruitment process expertise and knowledge including utilization of ATS and other recruitment technologies. You will ensure positive candidate experience and will make sure that candidates receive the best impression of the company and develop a desire to work at Danfoss.

Responsibilities:

• Operation Excellence: fulfill the positions requisitions effectively and efficiently to deliver the recruitment KPI including sourcing, screening, interview, offering etc..
• Build up the short-term and long-term talent pipeline.
• Build up the strategic partnership with the business.
• Lead the other TA related projects as signed.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor ‘s Degree with more than 7 years of experience preferably in an industrial environment.
• Strong knowledge of the end-to-end recruitment process.
• Strong problem solving and solution expertise.
• Great time management skills and getting the priorities right.
• Exceptional English Communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Experience working in a local and global environment where support of multiple customer groups is required.
